Chloe I. Cooney. you are one of my favorites and if I could, I swear I would hug you. 💡I am compelled to show you two things.

1. Where we think alike : This pandemic is emphasizing our flawed cultural design regarding separating family and work. High five on finding this difficult-to-determine detail, Chloe. That was so insightful.

2. Where we may not have the same view: The notion that we are not ok seems untrue. I see it differently, but I totally get it. I know what it means to be cornered, as a parent, as a mom and a wife.

Chloe, I love your work and your style so much. I wish I could give you a much needed lunch break. We all need that. *sigh* ☺️ I encourage you to try my method, it’s called “Chaos Parenting”. I made it up, and it’s more of a game. In fact it might just look like the result of …me, giving up.

It’s a hit, in my household. I feel like a new person. You can find out what the heck it is exactly in my latest posts. I don’t want to be annoying with links in comments, so I hope you make your way over to see what I mean.

Either way, you can do it. You are ok. You’re a good mom.

I am a Mom. I was once a widow. I am a guitar player. I am a poet. I love humans. I am a ferocious protector of small children, elderly people and animals.
